1. Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) of production flows and define action plans to eliminate non-value-added activities and optimize lead times.
2. Structure performance management across various departments by proposing governance, measuring KPIs, and supporting users.
3. Implement 5S methodologies in production workshops.
4. Develop Business Intelligence reports using PowerBI to support performance initiatives.
5. Deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methods to enhance machine lifespan and efficiency.
6. Optimize the end-to-end flow of precious stones to reduce inventory and streamline the supply process.
7. Improve quality control processes by implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and enhancing sampling policies in collaboration with innovation teams.

1. Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. Passion for the jewelry manufacturing industry.
3. Autonomous, organized, and proactive with strong teamwork skills.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Competence in standard software applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with modern digital tools such as PowerBI.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in industrial engineering are advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
