Cartier Client Service Administrator

- Serve as an Ambassador of the Maison, upholding the brand's image and client service policy.
- Support the Customer Service platform by issuing cost estimations and managing requests to the CS Headquarters.
- Collaborate with Boutique teams to manage Repair Orders, ensuring communication of relevant information and updates.
- Work closely with the CS Manager to provide feedback and initiatives for client service excellence.
- Organize and maintain administrative documents related to Repair Orders and CS stock and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and client-focused mindset
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is advantageous
- Knowledge of watchmaking is a plus
Experience in client service or a related field is preferred, particularly within the luxury sector.
