Cartier Client Relations Centre Ambassador

- Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, e-mail, live chat, and social media within the SEAO region.
- Deliver brand information to customers and collect valuable feedback for the brand.
- Accurately process all required data in compliance with group data security policies.
- Escalate emergency system issues to the team leader promptly and report any system improvement findings.
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report findings to the team leader.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, representing the Group professionally at all times.
- Collaborate with the existing Customer Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.
- Experience in call center or customer service management preferred.
- Knowledge of contact center management tools, ideally SalesForce, CRM, interaction management, telephony, and social media management.
- Familiarity with quality monitoring tools and customer satisfaction strategies.
- Operational experience with workforce management and scheduling tools in a contact center environment.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Vietnamese is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong knowledge of customer service and continuous quality improvement.
Preferred experience in call center or customer service management.
