Cartier Client Relations Brand Ambassador

- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve commercial objectives.
- Deliver brand information to clients and gather valuable client feedback.
- Accurately process data in compliance with group data security policies.
- Escalate urgent system issues to the team leader and report on potential system improvements.
- Identify and report trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and represent the brand professionally at all times.
- Collaborate with the Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service within the luxury or high-end goods sector, or in contact center/e-commerce activities.
- Customer service orientation and sales acumen.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Proficiency in PC usage; experience with SAP CRM and Salesforce is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, particularly within the luxury or high-end goods domain, or experience in contact center/e-commerce activities.
