1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client receives a personalized and memorable experience.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, offering recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
5. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
6. Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building and follow-up.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
11. Participate in inventory counts and audits, ensuring accuracy and preparedness.
12. Support special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. College degree preferred.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
5. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
6. Self-starter with a team-player approach.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments, with a general knowledge of timepiece movements.

College degree preferred.
