Cartier Boutique Operations Coordinator

1. Manage daily transaction processes, including invoice validation, deposit tracking, and banking reconciliation.
2. Oversee stock management, ensuring quality control during transfers and managing client reservations and consignments.
3. Coordinate e-commerce operations, including sales preparation, returns, and client database management.
4. Conduct annual inventory counts and ensure compliance with Group and Maison stock handling policies.
5. Contribute to boutique organization, managing orders and supporting special projects such as transformations and pop-ups.

1. Proven experience in retail operations or stock management within the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of financial transactions and banking reconciliation processes.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and omni-channel retail strategies.

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in inventory management systems and financial software.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
