1. Exemplify the image and values of Cartier as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to grooming standards.
2. Welcome clients, understand their intentions, and provide an exceptional service experience, including beverage service.
3. Organize and maintain beverage and catering stations within the boutique.
4. Support sales associates by retrieving creations from the sales floor or stock, and assist with packaging, including gift wrapping and provision of certificates.
5. Conduct a secondary verification of product serial numbers before billing.
6. Perform personalization and quick maintenance actions, such as engraving and leather embossing, after receiving dedicated training.
7. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back office areas.
8. Prepare and arrange sales tables with necessary tools and materials, maintaining readiness throughout the day.
9. Assist in boutique maintenance by reporting needs to the management team and coordinating orders for consumables and office supplies.
10. Participate in double counting and photographing pieces at opening and closing.
