1. Undergo a four-year training program to obtain the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Polymechanics.
2. Manufacture precise, small-scale components, both unique and prototype.
3. Operate both conventional and CNC (computer numerical control) machinery.
4. Learn programming of machinery and techniques such as wire and plunge erosion.
5. Participate in quality control and continuously seek to enhance manufacturing processes.
