- Define and drive commercial business strategies including retail, franchisee, and wholesale operations in China.
- Ensure implementation of sales operations and achievement of sales and cost efficiency objectives.
- Guide business network development, including new store openings and retail perimeter evolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Trade Marketing, Merchandising, FP&A, and HRBP to achieve business objectives.
- Lead store expansion plans and evaluate potential locations for new stores.
- Monitor expenses and propose cost efficiency measures for existing stores.
- Analyze sales trends and propose actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate in-store events with the Marketing team.
- Ensure store operations align with company policies and guidelines.
- Develop and implement commercial strategy guidelines for franchisee and wholesale channels.
- Collaborate with the GC Comex team to coordinate trade marketing, finance, HR, and merchandising functions.
- Grow and develop retail team talents.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, with specific knowledge in jewelry and watches preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Strategic planning and sustainable growth development.
- Leadership and team management.

- Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong business negotiation skills.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a focus on strategic business development and team leadership.
