1. Achieve sales objectives and profitability targets for the store.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan including marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and expand the customer base.
3. Collaborate closely with Public Relations and Marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
4. Ensure staff are well-versed in brand history and product knowledge across all categories.
5. Foster a supportive environment, motivating and empowering sales staff to achieve goals.
6. Exhibit sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
7. Drive CRM activities, ensuring client cultivation aligns with potential.
8. Identify and address individual and team development needs, coordinating with VP and HR for training.
9. Supervise team activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
10. Manage store P&L, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plans, and operating budgets.
11. Collaborate with visual merchandising and other departments to maintain store standards.
12. Oversee staffing to ensure adequate coverage aligned with store traffic.
13. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
14. Maintain store environment, ensuring safety, functionality, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Experience within a department store is advantageous.
2. Knowledge and experience in the luxury business.
3. Strong leadership and results-driven mindset.
