Bvlgari Senior Merchandising Manager

1. Define boutique assortments in alignment with boutique clusters, ensuring differentiation while adhering to corporate guidelines.
2. Develop budgets and sales targets by collection, and monitor sales to devise action plans to meet targets.
3. Formulate and analyze sales and stock reports, identifying opportunities and communicating with stakeholders including Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HQ for informed business decisions.
4. Coordinate assortment and setup for store openings in collaboration with Product Visual Merchandising.
5. Gather market intelligence and competitor information to develop action plans addressing business needs.
6. Foster strong collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Product Visual Merchandising, Logistics, and HQ.
7. Serve as a liaison between regions and HQ, collecting feedback from boutiques and HQ.
8. Strengthen collaboration with the Merchandising team in China to develop a comprehensive action plan for Greater China.
9. Work closely with the Supply Chain on distribution strategies and delivery issues, anticipating Target Stock Level needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher
2. Fluency in both Chinese and English
3. Minimum of 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury market
4. In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail jewelry business
5. Familiarity with watches is advantageous
6. Understanding of retail processes, guidelines, and procedures
7. Insight into the relevant market, including competitors and the luxury business
8. Knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
2. Experience with SAP and PowerBI
3. Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
4. Strong analytical thinking and data literacy
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

A minimum of 10 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury market is required.
