2. Participate in exhibitions and sales events organized by Bulgari stores.
3. Conduct stock management operations and participate in inventory processes, supporting the Back Office team.
4. Oversee after-sales service activities, ensuring quality service delivery.
5. Perform sales administration tasks, including client database management and data entry verification.
6. Execute necessary store operations as directed by supervisors and company procedures.
7. Receive, inspect, and record merchandise transactions, ensuring proper labeling.
8. Maintain store orderliness and cleanliness.
9. Liaise with the headquarters for operational coordination.
10. Adhere to store safety regulations.
11. Support management in scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
12. Monitor store KPIs, such as client feedback and mystery shopping, and facilitate team development through regular follow-ups and improvement actions.

1. Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or communication.
