1. Manage and supervise store operations administration, including quarterly and annual inventory activities.
2. Advise on back-office activities such as data entry, product receiving, and inventory management.
3. Perform after-sales service activities, including coordinating repairs and shipments.
4. Conduct weekly price tagging activities and manage customer inquiries.
5. Contact IT/system suppliers for hardware/software issues and manage store maintenance.
6. Support administrative tasks such as roster planning, leave management, and petty cash claims.
7. Coordinate in-store customer events and support sales through gift wrapping and payment assistance.
8. Prepare various reports for the Store Manager, including consumption and sales reports.
9. Perform any ad-hoc duties and provide support as needed.

1. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Knowledge of the luxury business and store procedures.

1. Understanding of CRM techniques and tools.
2. Proficiency in store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, SAP).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
