1. Independently manage recruitment processes, including defining needs with managers, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and proposing shortlists for various roles within the retail and headquarters divisions.
2. Oversee administrative and payroll tasks, including onboarding, document preparation, organization, and processing of various administrative documents.
3. Facilitate the integration, engagement, and monitoring of the intern community.
4. Participate in ongoing HR projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2) with a previous internship experience in an HR environment.

1. Dynamic, organized, and autonomous with strong computer skills.
2. Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry-level experience, ideally with a previous internship in a human resources setting.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2).
