Bvlgari High-End Business & Client Development Director

- Define and implement High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie events and sales planning in collaboration with central departments and the Commercial VP.
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie products, focusing on sales performance, target achievement, and client portfolio management.
- Analyze client portfolios to set local clienteling objectives, adapting central strategies to local markets.
- Oversee the creation of personalized annual client journey plans, leveraging all touchpoints including online-to-offline, gifting, events, and in-store activities.
- Ensure achievement of key clienteling targets and KPIs at market, store, and regional levels.
- Approve product assortment proposals for each area, considering key locations, product types, and product availability.
- Supervise network requests and special orders, providing strategic sales direction.
- Lead and develop the High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie team, offering guidance, coaching, and training.
- Drive and monitor the High-End Club's performance, implementing actions to motivate and improve results.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, acting as an ambassador for Bulgari's creations.
- Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Expertise in luxury product selling skills.
- Proficiency in high-value client management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Project management and influence skills.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in VIP client management, preferably within the jewelry, watch, or related luxury industries.
Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
