Bvlgari E-commerce Logistics Specialist

- Manage and supervise warehouse and transportation operations through third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers, ensuring adherence to established e-commerce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor daily e-commerce order fulfillment rates, maintaining high packing standards.
- Serve as a liaison between Bulgari China and the warehouse team, ensuring all requirements are effectively communicated to 3PL.
- Oversee e-commerce quality inspections to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Monitor e-commerce stock levels, coordinating with the e-commerce and planning teams to address stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Develop manpower and resource plans in accordance with e-commerce workload volumes, particularly during key campaign periods.
- Address and resolve complaints from various sources by collaborating with 3PL to implement action plans.
- Monitor Sales Supporting Material (SSM) stock levels and establish demand plans for SSM purchases.
- Analyze logistics costs related to e-commerce transportation and operations to identify areas for optimization.
- Track shipment statuses of all e-commerce parcels with transportation carriers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with 3PL and logistics carriers to assess KPI fulfillment rates.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the effectiveness of SAP/WMS/OMS systems.
- Conduct routine stock report checks from SAP/WMS/OMS, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Respond promptly to stakeholder requests and support commercial ad-hoc requirements.
- Lead and support logistics projects and developments related to e-commerce.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Expertise in technical regulations related to logistics and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in presentation skills with sound logical thinking.
A minimum of three years of experience in logistics and/or e-commerce within a foreign-invested company, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
