Bvlgari Deputy Store Manager

1. Oversee a designated product category, assisting in leading the sales team to achieve sales targets, KPI goals, and manage stock and AFSS.
2. Take responsibility for individual sales targets, ensuring alignment with store goals and maintaining a balance with Client Advisor targets.
3. Support the sales team in delivering a unique and memorable shopping experience to clients.
4. Address and resolve client complaints and other emergencies.
5. Directly manage a team of six staff members, taking full responsibility for their performance and development.
6. Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching store staff, providing timely feedback to enhance selling techniques.
7. Ensure store maintenance, safety, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines in the absence of the Store Manager.
8. Support the Store Manager in supervising operational tasks, such as visual merchandising and store upkeep.
9. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and brand image in the store.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
