Bvlgari CRM Specialist

- Oversee comprehensive hospitality management for brand events, regional high-jewellery events, and relevant high-end initiatives, including Watch Wonder and overseas activations.
- Design exclusive private experiences prior to high-jewellery events or for significant client occasions to enhance brand differentiation through exceptional client experiences.
- Create immersive Bulgari environments to enhance client engagement and high-end moments in-store, and identify strategic urban markets to expand regional brand presence.
- Conduct regular competitor research to maintain a leading position in high-end client experiences.
- Manage and monitor the retail CRM high-end budget in alignment with store business volume and performance.
- Graduated from a Business School with a Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Creative and client-oriented mindset

- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and result-driven attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High motivation and passion for luxury and consumer goods
- Excellent translation and communication skills
A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM or retail is required.
Master's or Bachelor's degree from a Business School.
