- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail and counter management.
- Strong knowledge and passion for fine fragrances.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand goals into business plans.
- Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting and stock management.
