- Drive store sales by exemplifying personal client engagement, advanced selling techniques, and achievement of KPIs.
- Mentor and serve as a reference point for Client Advisors, overseeing product launches, client experience, and store KPIs.
- Assist the Deputy and Store Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and assist the team with product-related tasks such as launches, visual merchandising, replenishment, and stock management.
- Fluency in English
