1. Optimize retail boutique operations and support merchandise and After Sales Service (AFSS) activities.
2. Monitor and analyze daily sales data, ensuring accuracy across S4 and B-one systems.
3. Manage daily deposits and reconcile entries with financial records.
4. Consolidate APAC sales data and traffic summaries for comprehensive reporting.
5. Oversee procurement of display materials, packaging, and boutique supplies, managing vendor relationships and SAP transactions.
6. Ensure optimal functionality of digital warranty applications, escalating issues as necessary.
7. Process SAP purchase orders for retail and wholesale channels in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
8. Manage display and props orders for wholesale clients.
9. Oversee goods receipt and return processes, ensuring accurate inventory management in SAP.
10. Generate monthly wholesale sales reports and analyze sell-out data.
11. Manage Service Notifications and Proforma Invoices for retail and wholesale repairs, coordinating with repair centers.
12. Support event product book management and new store opening activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

1. Proficiency in SAP S4 and MS Office.
2. Strong inventory management skills.
3. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Chinese is advantageous.

2 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or a related area within luxury retail.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
