Buccellati Regional Operations Executive

- Optimize retail boutique operations and support merchandise and After Sales Service (AFSS) activities.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales data, ensuring accuracy across S4 and B-one systems.
- Manage daily deposits and reconcile entries with financial records.
- Consolidate APAC sales data and traffic summaries for comprehensive reporting.
- Oversee procurement of display materials, packaging, and boutique supplies, managing vendor relationships and SAP transactions.
- Ensure optimal functionality of digital warranty applications, escalating issues as necessary.
- Process SAP purchase orders for retail and wholesale channels in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
- Manage display and props orders for wholesale clients.
- Oversee goods receipt and return processes, ensuring accurate inventory management in SAP.
- Generate monthly wholesale sales reports and analyze sell-out data.
- Manage Service Notifications and Proforma Invoices for retail and wholesale repairs, coordinating with repair centers.
- Support event product book management and new store opening activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP S4 and MS Office.
- Strong inventory management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Chinese is advantageous.
2 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or a related area within luxury retail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
