1. Support client experience and in-store journey by welcoming clients, assisting sales associates, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
2. Assist in sales closing by issuing invoices, processing payments, and packaging products.
3. Manage administrative tasks including stock counts, replenishment, and coordination of deliveries.
4. Handle purchase orders and vendor creation within the SAP system.
5. Develop operational knowledge of digital tools such as CRM and sales platforms.
6. Compile and analyze sales data, preparing regular sales reports.
7. Adhere to brand visual identity guidelines and support visual merchandising.
8. Foster strong relationships with headquarters and support daily operations.
9. Assist in the organization and coordination of events.

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
2. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
