Buccellati Assistant Boutique Manager

- Participate in boutique management and achievement of commercial KPIs.
- Act as the floor in-charge in the absence of the Boutique Manager, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage stock and cashier operations, ensuring inventory integrity and cash flow monitoring.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings.
- Drive sales growth and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Support the boutique team in providing client service in accordance with Maison standards.
- Coordinate after-sales activities.
- Perform sales data and Retail KPI analysis, and handle reporting to the Retail Office.
- Identify retail weaknesses and develop actionable plans to enhance retail performance.
- Supervise and manage boutique personnel effectively.
- Hire, lead, and advise the boutique team on projects, tasks, and operations.
- Motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize employee morale and productivity.
- Act as a coach and assist colleagues in operations, sales, and training.
- 8+ years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
- Qualification in Gemology is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Chinese with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and internal/external customer priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel for training, client events, and conferences.
8+ years in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in jewelry or watchmaking.
