1. Manage and optimize boutique performance and profitability.
2. Ensure excellence in boutique operations and client service.
3. Coach and develop the boutique sales team.
4. Act as floor in-charge in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
5. Oversee stock and cashier management, ensuring integrity and monitoring inventory and cash flow.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Drive sales growth and support the boutique team in achieving sales targets.
9. Coordinate after-sales activities.
10. Perform sales data and Retail KPI analysis.
11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Retail Office.
12. Identify retail weaknesses and develop actionable plans.
13. Supervise and manage boutique personnel effectively.
14. Lead and advise the boutique team on projects, tasks, and operations.
15. Motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
16. Foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
17. Act as a coach in operations, sales, and training.

1. 8+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
2. Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
3. Qualification in Gemology is a plus.

1. Fluency in English and Chinese with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
5. Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel for training, client events, and conferences.

8+ years in luxury retail, preferably in the luxury jewelry or watchmaking sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualification or training in watches and jewelry.
