1. Contribute to team objectives by achieving sales targets set by the store manager.
2. Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients consistently.
3. Expand customer relationships and manage customer loyalty effectively.
4. Utilize client books to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Build and cultivate a network to expand the potential client base.
6. Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities and products.
7. Engage and collaborate effectively with in-store and corporate colleagues.
8. Execute inventory procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to Brioni's guidelines, duties, and processes, promptly sharing any emerging issues and risks.

1. Previous experience in sales.
2. Proficiency in English, with additional language skills preferred.
3. Ability to work extended hours on the sales floor.
4. Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday periods.
