1. Contribute to team objectives by achieving sales targets set by the Store Manager.
2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
3. Exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
4. Utilize the Client Book effectively to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Expand the customer base by creating and cultivating a network of contacts.
6. Gather and report market information, including trends, events, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the company.
8. Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures while promptly addressing potential issues and risks.

1. Experience in a sales position.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, as well as during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
