1. Manage the storage and organization of finished products and service components, ensuring accurate physical counts and ERP system updates within half a day of receipt.
2. Maintain real-time updates in tracking spreadsheets and verify accompanying elements such as metal bracelets and product certificates before storage.
3. Archive accompanying documents and reorganize product bins during new product launches.
4. Coordinate order preparation, adhering to predefined schedules, and manage urgent order additions outside the schedule.
5. Conduct monthly rotating inventories and document findings in Excel.
6. Participate in logistical events, including inventories and sales preparations, and support the logistics team as needed.
7. Propose and implement improvements in logistics operations and storage areas.

1. Minimum high school diploma (Bac)

1. Proficiency in ERP systems and basic computer tools such as Word and Excel
2. Methodical, highly organized, and detail-oriented
3. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

Experience with ERP systems and logistical operations is preferred.
