1. Localize annual training plans based on global guidelines.
2. Develop and execute locally tailored training programs to equip retail teams with necessary expertise.
3. Translate training programs into Japanese and adapt materials for local communication needs.
4. Conduct and facilitate training sessions, ensuring effective follow-up with Boutique Managers and Trainers.
5. Analyze KPIs to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
6. Collaborate with Retail and Boutique Managers to implement and refine performance improvement initiatives.
7. Support localization of selling and service excellence projects.
8. Work with external partners to develop program frameworks and participate in delivery.
9. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful program implementation.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Fluent in Japanese and conversational to business-level English.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or watch industry, with a background in sales and training preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
