1. Conduct comprehensive inspections of jewelry and watchmaking products, identifying defects in weight, stones, and metal.
2. Manage digital workflows, documentation, and archiving.
3. Occasionally travel to supplier sites for product inspections.
4. Oversee metal guarantee processes, including hallmarking and legal testing.
5. Manage stock piece repairs, including shipment preparation, return inspections, data entry, and documentation.
6. Coordinate repair cases in collaboration with sales administration.
7. Contribute to the development of quality procedures and assist in the validation of new products.
8. Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.

1. Technical knowledge in jewelry.
2. First experience in quality control is preferred.
3. Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
4. Attention to detail, concentration, precision, honesty, and discretion.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. High product and industry sensitivity, commitment, and dynamism.
7. Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel at a minimum) and ideally experience with an ERP system.
8. English proficiency is an advantage.
