1. Lead the production of events, ensuring seamless operational and logistical management.
2. Oversee technical service providers and supervise on-site installations and event execution.
3. Manage event budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.
4. Negotiate contracts and quotes with technical suppliers and vendors.
5. Ensure administrative management of events, including payment tracking.

1. Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in managing and producing premium or luxury events.
2. Strong knowledge of event suppliers, vendors, and industry trends.
3. Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts.

1. Excellent organizational, planning, and stress management skills.
2. Attention to detail and high standards of execution quality.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
