1. Organize product receptions at the boutique, ensuring product quantity and quality, and compliance with transport documentation.
2. Manage and supervise the stock team and all stock-related procedures.
3. Ensure the quality of product storage, maintaining stock accessibility and identification.
4. Maximize commercial potential through stock optimization and management.
5. Conduct stock movements, including organizing transfers between boutiques and preparing related documents.
6. Oversee General Transfers: preparation, verification, and shipment.
7. Lead inventories including rotating, monthly, and fiscal counts.
8. Update price labels.
9. Coordinate with the Operations Department on packaging and supply orders.
10. Monitor repairs.
11. Organize product reservations.
12. Adhere to brand values and internal practices.
13. Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards.
