Bottega Veneta Senior Controller

1. Lead and coordinate the controlling team to ensure alignment in financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities.
2. Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgets, forecasts, and reporting for consolidation in Italy.
3. Validate monthly closings, general ledger reconciliation, and perform analysis on P&L and balance sheet accounts.
4. Conduct sales and gross margin analyses and prepare ad hoc analyses to support business needs.
5. Develop budgets and business forecasts.
6. Review and prepare accounting entries, providing guidance on accounting matters.
7. Navigate multiple financial systems, including SAP and HFM, with knowledge of Movex, JDA, and Auditworks as a plus.
8. Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to enhance process efficiencies.

1. BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Team-oriented
4. Knowledge of the luxury/fashion market, with exposure to retail and auditing

Experience in financial planning, analysis, and controlling within the luxury or fashion industry is required.

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

Annual base salary range of $145,000 - $155,000, plus discretionary bonus.
