Bottega Veneta Part-Time Stock Associate

1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt, precise stock checks and delivery to the sales floor as needed.
3. Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management/Operations.
4. Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Organize shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged according to policies.
6. Maximize stock space for easy access and store efficiency.
7. Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room preferred.
2. Experience with international/domestic freight companies is a plus.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
5. High level of accountability and reliability.
6. Basic computer skills; Excel experience preferred.
7. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

1-2 years of experience preferred in a highly-complex retail stock room environment.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr with overtime eligibility.
