1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta way to sell.
2. Deliver a memorable retail experience through initial contact, assessing client needs, and offering excellent after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
5. Perform proactively with energy, actively researching ways to improve results and solve problems.
6. Collect customer feedback on collections and provide it to the Store Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activity through various channels.
8. Contribute to teamwork, adapting to different personalities and providing support to colleagues.
9. Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
7. Team player capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.
