1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales effectively.
3. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
4. Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.

Salary range of $20.00-22.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
