1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
2. Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records.
5. Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to maintain an open, learning attitude.
6. Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through various training resources.
7. Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties.
8. Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
9. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
10. Foster an environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.

1. 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
6. Luxury retail sales experience preferred.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
3. High energy level and team-oriented.
4. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
