1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships through appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous training.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
