1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
6. Support management with store opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
