- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed of new collection deliveries and brand events.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury setting.
