1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
5. Continuously seek and receive feedback to maintain an open, learning attitude.
6. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
7. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards maintenance, and general upkeep.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
