1. Support the management team in devising effective solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Encourage performance management and achievement of sales targets.
3. Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Bottega Veneta's sales ceremony.
5. Maintain attention to detail and ensure the boutique is well-organized and procedures are followed.
6. Enhance the Bottega Veneta experience by developing the client database.
7. Build strong relationships with Client Advisors to foster a positive environment.
8. Handle delicate situations with diplomacy and a constructive approach.
9. Provide comprehensive feedback to the Store Manager.

1. Previous managerial experience in the retail sector.

6. Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
