1. Assist the Director of Public Relations in developing international VIP and celebrity strategy.
2. Manage VIP and celebrity shopping requests globally.
3. Coordinate the sending and returning of samples to celebrities and VIP stylists.
4. Participate in fittings and coordinate the Awards Season preparations.
5. Order VIP samples and track budgets.
6. Oversee inter-group shopping requests.
7. Conduct Instagram monitoring and research new talents.
8. Coordinate article releases with marketing teams and boutiques.
9. Assist in managing VIP/celebrity/friends of the brand lists and gift dispatches.
10. Coordinate and send Christmas gifts.

1. Enrollment in a communication or business school, or equivalent master's program.
2. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.

1. Organizational skills, rigor, and reliability.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is advantageous.
3. Dynamism and versatility.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Entry-level experience suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in communication, business, or a related field.
