1. Develop and execute the store's business plan, incorporating marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, with a focus on the local market.
2. Monitor and analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and luxury market dynamics to provide strategic feedback to the Retail Manager.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with Berluti's quality standards and selling ceremony.
4. Motivate and train the sales team to achieve sales and productivity targets, recognizing top performers.
5. Lead by example on the sales floor, actively engaging in sales activities and clienteling.
6. Oversee recruitment, evaluation, and development of store staff, fostering individual potential and succession planning.
7. Implement and uphold all human resources policies and procedures, addressing staff issues as necessary.
8. Provide monthly business reports to the Retail Manager, detailing quantitative and qualitative insights.
9. Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and P&L responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
10. Ensure Berluti's standards are consistently applied across merchandising, customer service, and back-office operations.

1. University degree
2. Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry

1. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
2. Strong team management and motivational skills
3. Analytical and strategic thinking
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

A minimum of five years in store management within the luxury fashion sector is required.
