1. Develop and implement the store business plan, including marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, with a focus on the local market.
2. Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and luxury market dynamics to provide insightful feedback to the Retail Manager.
3. Ensure exemplary customer service standards are consistently met, adhering to the brand's selling ceremony.
4. Motivate and train the sales team to achieve sales and productivity targets, recognizing top performers.
5. Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating sales leadership and managing client relationships proactively.
6. Oversee training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
7. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, ensuring succession planning and maximizing individual potential.
8. Provide monthly business reports to the Retail Manager, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative insights.
9. Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, P&L responsibilities, and KPI objectives.
10. Maintain Berluti's standards across merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.

1. University degree
2. Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry

1. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
2. Strong team management and motivational skills
3. Analytical and strategic thinking
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Proficient in MS Word and Excel

A minimum of five years in store management within the luxury fashion sector is required.
