1. Develop and implement the store's business plan, focusing on marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, particularly within the local market.
2. Monitor the local market and luxury industry trends, providing insights to the Retail Manager regarding product assortments and customer preferences.
3. Ensure exemplary customer service in line with Berluti's standards and the selling ceremony.
4. Motivate and train the sales team to achieve sales and productivity targets, recognizing top performers.
5. Lead by example on the sales floor, actively engaging in sales activities.
6. Manage clienteling functions to enhance customer relationships.
7. Oversee training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
8. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of store staff, ensuring potential maximization and succession planning.
9. Implement and uphold human resources policies, addressing staff issues as needed.
10. Provide monthly business reports to the Retail Manager, detailing quantitative and qualitative insights.
11. Determine staffing needs and create schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
12. Manage the store's P&L, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plans, and operating profits.
13. Meet all KPI objectives and maintain Berluti's standards across merchandising, customer service, and back-office operations.

1. University degree
2. Minimum 8 years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry

1. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
2. Strong team management and motivational skills
3. Analytical and strategic thinking
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

A minimum of five years of experience in store management within the luxury fashion sector is required.
