1. Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high service standards.
2. Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat appointments.
3. Personally connect with customers to demonstrate products and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
4. Conduct engaging daily team meetings to promote open communication and recognize achievements.
5. Develop innovative in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
6. Ensure the counter is fully stocked, monitor inventory levels, and report concerns to the Area Manager.
7. Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers.
8. Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks to support store operations.
9. Create fair and effective monthly staff rotas to optimize coverage and support sales goals.
10. Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays.
