1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
2. Provide brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
3. Engage with customers to demonstrate products passionately and meet individual sales goals.
4. Conduct daily team meetings to promote communication and recognize achievements.
5. Develop innovative in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
6. Ensure optimal stock levels and report inventory concerns to the Area Manager.
7. Act as a liaison between store/department managers and area managers for effective communication.
8. Oversee administrative tasks to support smooth store operations.
9. Create effective staff schedules to optimize coverage and support sales goals.
10. Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays.

1. Minimum 6 months of retail experience with a proven track record of sales success.
2. Minimum 6 months of management experience.
