Balenciaga Supply Chain Manager

1. Coordinate and optimize product availability in collaboration with Production, Distribution Planning, Merchandising, Retail, and the central warehouse.
2. Ensure weekly tracking of product deliveries, including carry-over and new collections.
3. Update delivery schedules based on Production feedback.
4. Lead weekly follow-up meetings with Production teams to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
5. Monitor product receptions at the central warehouse, including the Consolidation Center.
6. Facilitate smooth communication of delivery statuses to central teams and regions.
7. Identify launch priorities and develop collaborative action plans with Merchandising and Operations to ensure timely boutique deliveries.
8. Implement targeted actions to reduce time to market, considering product typologies and production complexities.
9. Facilitate S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels with delivery priorities.
10. Anticipate non-delivery risks and propose alternative solutions in collaboration with Wholesale.
11. Update and enhance delivery tracking reports.
12. Ensure data reliability and consistency in information systems.
13. Analyze logistics performance and propose continuous improvement strategies.
14. Contribute to special supply chain projects and cross-functional initiatives.
15. Participate in the development of new planning tools, process redesign, and information system improvements.

1. Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion industry.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
