1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust and updated client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering Balenciaga's standards of service and values.
3. Engage clients by cultivating authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to after-sales support.
4. Exhibit professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
6. Provide ongoing feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferrable skills.
2. Existing right to work in Switzerland.

2. Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
3. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong administrative and digital proficiency.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Fluency in English, German, and Italian.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
