1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management with daily store operations, ensuring a balance between sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
6. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
7. Manage inventory and loss prevention strategies in collaboration with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
8. Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy and deposits.
9. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
10. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role, ideally within the retail or fashion sectors.

An hourly rate ranging from $22.00 USD to $24.00 USD, dependent on experience and location.
